builder isn’t going to fix it.
# 2 Often times we find that even if the fine print of a builder’s
warranty excludes a particular area, when a Licensed Professional Home
Inspector shows that it wasn’t done completely, properly, or doesn’t meet
industry standards, they’re going to fix it anyway.
