City / County Building Department will not catch everything.
They aren’t even looking for anything that isn’t downright illegal (a violation of the FL Building Code).
Many builders do recognize the value of a 3rd Party Inspector & some even hire us directly. For them we are another layer of quality control AND a selling feature.
