I’ve been a Realtor for 20+ years & didn’t realize how important these inspections can be.
My broker was just sued & now we all ABSOLUTELY MUST, ALWAYS recommend an Air Quality Inspection.
If the client doesn’t want one, we make them sign a “Denial” explaining that they are acting against our recommendation.
